The start of the dataset is the  1996-02-21T23:59:30.000 (mission day 83) due to
i) the pulsation synchronization time on SOHO affecting all the instruments -see discussion Section 2.2 Correction of time shifts -https://www.aanda.org/articles/aa/full_html/2018/09/aa33535-18/aa33535-18.html
ii) Start of the new operating scheme due to internal shutter failure on PMO6

The daily and hourly datasets are shifted to the middle of the day/hour (before it was the end of the day/hour)
VIRGO data were reanalyzed with bug fix in the timestamp generation procedure

The date in the name of each file is the date of creation or the end date of the dataset

The timestamp in the hourly and daily files are changed due to the averaged interval (daily or hourly). For the daily the time stamp has been shifted to + 0.5 day, for the hourly file, the timestamp has been shifted of approx. - 29 min.
